Passed away at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, October 1, 1995, Gladys Rycroft (nee Wagstaff) of Avenue Rd., Cambridge, in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Stan Rycroft and dear mother of Dawn Webb of Guelph. Dearly loved grandmother of Graham, Robin, Scott, Laura, Suzie and Crystal. Dear sister of Bill Wagstaff of England and Doris Evans of England. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Donald. Gladys worked for Singer Sewing Machines in Cambridge and in England, for many years. She was very active in the Cambridge area, as a teacher and also as an owner of a well known Restaurant in Galt, many years ago. Private Family Services were held at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge on Wednesday October 4, 1995. Interment, Mount View Cemetery, Cambridge.
