  EICHLER, Marguerite (Etherton) Passed away peacefully, on Thursday, February 3, 2011 at Freeport Hospital. The youngest of four children, Marguerite was born, January 1, 1927 in Galt, Ontario, to Rupert and Maggie Etherton. Living most of her life in Galt, she was a long-time employee of the Right House, an active member of the Galt Little Theatre and a past member of the Ontario Rhythm Cloggers and the Fairy Godmothers. Marguerite was predeceased by her parents, Bert (1988) and Maggie (1993), brother Jack (1988), and a sister Mary Miller (1997). She was the dear sister of Joyce Milligan of Doon and loving aunt to Susan (Peter Rivers) and their children, Matthew, Erin (Donny Chaves) and John; Carol Shrubsall; Jeffrey Miller (Judy) and their children, Jennifer (Luke Kirk) and Jay and Anne (George Zimonyi). Marguerite was the adoring great-great-aunt of Kristen and Owen Chaves. A resident of Doon Retirement Village, she will be missed by her friends there. The family received friends at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews St., Cambridge, on Sunday, February 6, 2011, from 2-4 p.m. Funeral services were held from the funeral home chapel, on Monday, February 7, 2011, at 11 a.m. Interment, Mt.
