    • Home of Jacob Hespeler constructed about 1858. Construcgted of large ashlar limestone, design is a copy of one built in Hamilton. Later home was converted to an orphanage by Mrs. Smythly of Dublin, Ireland taken over by the Children's Aid after WWII. Purchased by Albine Sponner who converted it to apartments.
