ELMIRA Elmira will have its nomination meeting Monday night. None of the present councillors have committed themselves as to their intentions. For two consecutive years Mayor C. E. MacFarlane, has just completed his first year in this office and his second as a member of council. Other short-term aldermen are Fred Howard, Howard Brent, for whom this was the first year in office and Arthur Jury. The veteran town fathers are B. H. Brown, a former mayor, Harold Blair and Albert Seiling.
