  Ed George Voisin Obituary Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on June 13, 2025, at WRHN @ Midtown, in Kitchener, ON at the age of 87. Beloved husband of 35 years to Mary Ann Voisin (nee Plens). Loving father of Kim Bell (Ron), Doug Voisin (Mona), Cathy Legere (Paul), Ben Jenkins and Andrew Jenkins (Lisa Palowski). Grandpa of Farren (Andrian), Dylan (Jenn), Jeremy and Rachel. Papa of Mathew (Rachel), Christopher, Mitchell (Shannon), Rebecca (Kyle), Amey (Kaitlin), and Eric. Great Grandpa Samantha, Christian, Lilah, Reid, Madelyn, Mackenzie, Lily and Jones. Dear brother of Richard Voisin (Sheila). Predeceased by his siblings Wilfred, Clarence, Lorraine, Milly and Gerard. Special thank you to Dr. Kim, the palliative care at WRHN @ Midtown for their kindness and compassion. Ed was a humble and generous man who deeply believed in giving back. For many years, he dedicated his time to driving cancer patients to appointments, delivering meals to those in need, and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. In honoring his memory, we are reminded of the importance of giving back to one another and to our community Ed's family will receive relatives and friends from 4:00-7:00 PM, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. For those travelling at a distance, visitation will continue from 9:30-10:00 AM, at the funeral home, on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM, on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at St. Anthony Daniel RC Church, 29 Midland Dr., Kitchener. Reception to follow in the church hall. Private interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Meals on Wheels or the WRHN Foundation - Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
