      Mrs. Patrick Kelleher Passes Away There at Age of 84

      GALT, April 1. - In the death shortly before midnight last evening of Mrs. Patrick Kelleher, 62 Wellington street, Galt loses one of its oldest and most highly respected residents, Mrs. Kelleher was in her 84th year and was born In County Mayo, Ireland, and in 1847 Immigrated to Canada, first going to Stratford, where she remained only a short time before coming to Galt. For the past 68 years she had lived in Galt and saw the town grow from a small village to cityhood, She was married a couple of years after coming to Galt to the late Patrick J. Kelleher, who predeceased her 30 years, and ever since her marriage had lived in the same residence, 62 Wellington street. Despite her advanced years she had been enjoying good heaith until about a month ago and had only been confined to her bed since Sunday afternoon last. Truly one of the town's grand old ladies, she was beloved and respected by all who knew her. Of a family of 10, five survive, Mr. T. J. Kelleher and Mrs. Goodwin, of Stratford: George. James and Nellie. at home. She was a devout Roman Catholic, a member of St. Patrick's Church. The funeral will take place on Saturday afternoon, at 2.30, to the Roman Catholic Church and thence to the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
