- A funeral service was conducted Monday at the Olivet Mennonite meeting house for Isaiah S. Bauman, RR 2, Wallenstein, who died Friday at his home after a lengthy illness. He was 80. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery. He was born in Woolwich Township, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Israel Bauman.
Surviving are his wife, the former Hannah Martin, whom he married in 1918; two sons, Edward of RR 2 Wallenstein, and Amon, RR 1 Wallenstein; one sister, Mrs. Daniel (Lydia) Gingrich, and seven grandchildren. Three brothers predeceased him.
