One of the high price properties on King street was sold on Friday by W. J. Schlueter, the real estate broker, to Dr. D. H. Waugh, of Rochester, N. Y. This property was the A. A. Erb homestead, which extends from King to Queen streets. Dr. Waugh will open a branch of the International Drug Company in these premises.

Dr. D. H. Waugh, of Rochester, spent a few days in Berlin and Waterloo last week. He sold his residence in Berlin to Mr. John Kimmel for $2,000 and has taken his family with him to Rochester where they will make their home in future. We hope our old friend will prosper under the Stars and Stripes.
