  Mrs. Frederick Peine Mrs. Frederick Peine, a lifelong resident of New Hamburg until she moved to Bridgeport four years ago, died Thursday at the Winston Hall nursing home. She was 90. A native of New Hamburg, the former Marion Schaaf was the daughter of the late Mr and Mrs. William Schaaf. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, New Hamburg. Predeceased by her husband and three brothers and four sisters, she was the last surviving member of the William Schaaf family. She had no children and is survived only by nieces and nephews. Funeral service was held at Trinity Lutheran Church on Monday, Rev. Norman Keffer officiating. Burial was in the Riverside cemetery. New Hamburg Independent, July 2, 1969
