  HESPELER - Henry Dobbs, 72, died suddenly in his sleep yesterday morning at the home of his sister, Miss Gertrude Dobbs, Queen St., West. Born in England, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dobbs, he came to Canada at an early age going to Saskatchewan where he farmed until he came to Hespeler in 1950. He attended the Anglican Church. Surviving are two sisters, Gertrude and Mrs. Bessie McConnell, both of Hespeler, and one brother Leo of Moffitt. Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Stager Funeral Home with Rev. R.W. Wenam officiating. Burial will be in the Hespeler Cemetery. The Kitchener-Waterloo Record 9 Jan 1953
