- John Skelly born in Ireland 1777-died in Wilmot 1857-came to Canada 1824 with his wife Ann McCormick and 2 daughters Mary 1816-1890 and Eleanor (Ellie)1818-1833, Ellie was scalped by the indians and is buried ST. Peter's R.C. CEMETERY- 9th line 6 concession Trafalgar twp.
They lived at 9 th line 3 concession Trafalgar. The church is now closed. William 1820-1877- married Mary Halpin- had 2 children Jane 1839 and James 1844 both married into the White family, Jane married Patrick and James married Julia, James movedd to U.S.
