      PRESTON, June 4- Ill for several months, Frederick Charles Beckman: 146 Church street, age 47, died at his home here today. A resident of Preston for the past 12 years, deceased was a woodworker by trade. For the past five years he has been employed by George Pattison Ltd. A former Preston dairy proprietor, he was born in Hespeler where he resided until coming to Preston.

      Surviving are his widow, nee: Dora. Schaus, three sons. Clarence, Gordon and Robert all of Preston, two sisters, Mrs. M. Gowing, Galt, and Mrs. T. Pearce Hamilton: five brothers, John, Charles, Lloyd and Wilbert all of Hespeler, and Milton: of Moosamin, Sask.

      Funeral services will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 - o'clock from the residence with interment in Hespeler Cemetery.
