  A-1-44 George Eidt: Administration with Will annexed to the Estate of George Eidt, formerly of the Township of Wilmot, deceased, granted to his widow Anna Maria, now intermarried with Lawrence Koenig, of the same place, Yeoman; after her having delivered written permission of such her resent husband to administer; And such Administration granted on her giving proof that the said George Eidt is dead, and having died on or about the 6th September 1851 and the hereinafter transcribed translation - and such translation duly testified - of the last will of the said deceased showing itself incompletely, there being no Executors to it. And the said administratrix giving Bond with two sureties, viz, her aforesaid present husband Lawrence Koenig and Andrew Reiber of said Wilmot, Farmer, namely the said Koenig into the sum of £25/- and the said Reiber into the sum of £12/10/-, for her due Administration of the said Estate. The inventory stated to be and to amount of but Ten Pounds. And the said Translation of the Will of the said Deceased - written in the original in the German language, reads as follows, that is to say:- "I the Subscriber, in case I shall died, do hereby make known my last Will. All property, the Real property as well as my other Goods, shall after my death belong to my wife a born Ann Maria Victor. In all cases, even if she doth intermarry again, she shall retain unalterably all the property. Done Wilmot the 6th September 1851" Witnessed by V.
