  SCHROER, Henry L. - Suddenly, while on his daily walk, on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 1991, Henry L. Schroer, of 29 Park Ave. W., Elmira. Born August 16, 1903 in the Elmira area. He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louis Schroer, and the last surviving member of his family. He was predeceased by his wife, Mabel Steiner; two sisters, Martha and Erma and three brothers, Claude, Charlie and George. Lovingly remembered by four sisters-in-law, five nieces, four nephews and many friends. Mr. Schroer spent his working days at the Link-Belt and served many years with the Elmira volunteer fire department. Visitation at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, where the family will receive friends today (Wednesday), .2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon on Thursday, transfer will be made to St. James Lutheran Church, Elmira, for funeral service at 2 p.m., with Rev.
