    • Paul Steinke, for many years, a resident of this city, passed away last evening at his home, following an illness of about one week. Deceased came to this country from Germany In 1847 and was in his 91st year. Mrs. Steinke predeceased her husband about seven years ago. Surviving him are six sons and two daughters, August, Herman, Frederick, Adolph. and Paul Jr. of this city, Albert of Elmira, Mrs. Bergund and Mrs. Robinson of this city.

      The funeral will take place Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, from the house 384? Wellington street, to St. Peter's Lutheran church for services, and from thence to the End Lutheran Cemetery for interment.
