Passed away peacefully on Sunday January 13, 2013 at Lanark Heights, Kitchener . Enos resided in Baden and formerly farmed at R.R. # 2 Baden. He was born 86 years ago in Wilmot Township and was the son of the late Eldon & Mary (Cressman) Hunsberger. Beloved husband of Ruth (Reesor) Hunsberger whom he married October 6, 1962. Dear father of Eric Hunsberger of Kitchener. Sadly missed by his sisters Elsie & husband Glen Shantz of Kitchener, Erma & husband John Stutzman of Illinois, Mary Schiedel of Waterloo, his brother Kenneth Hunsberger of Baden and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Catherine Hunsberger of Waterloo, John & wife Florence Reesor of Stouffville, Esther & husband Hank Saito of Vineland, Paul Burkholder of Stouffville and Mary Reesor of Stouffville. Loved by his many nieces and nephews. Enos was predeceased by his 1st wife Marjorie (Hoover) Hunsberger in 1960, brothers Willis & wife Shirley Hunsberger, Floyd Hunsberger, sister Amy Hunsberger and brother-in-law George Schiedel. Enos was a member of Shantz Mennonite Church where he formerly served as treasurer and trustee. He enjoyed woodworking, bowling, playing crokinole, dominos and trips to the Maritimes, Rockies and Europe. Family and friends may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Wednesday January 16, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.. The funeral service will take place on Thursday January 17, 2013 at Shantz Mennonite Church, Baden at 2: 00 p.m. with Pastor Don Penner officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Mennonite Central Committee or the Canadian Cancer Society. HUNSBERGER, Eric Ross 1953 - 2014 Passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 2, 2014 at Grand River Hospital, K-W Health Centre, Kitchener. Beloved son of the late Enos Hunsberger (2013) and Ruth Hunsberger of Baden. Predeceased by his mother Marjorie Hunsberger (1960). Remembered by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family would like to acknowledge the loving support of Aunt Mary and Aunt Catherine as well as Mary and Len. Special thanks to the inpatient and outpatient staff of Grand River Oncology Units. Thanks to Waterloo Region Hospice Staff, CCAC, Freeport Hospital Staff. Dr. Hubay and Dr. Shahi. Cremation has taken place.
