Ralph C. Bean
Word was received by relatives in the Twin City announcing the death at Detroit of Ralph C. Bean, nephew of Jonathan Cook, Kitchener, and a native of New Hamburg. The funeral was held at Detroit. During his residence in Detroit he made a host of friends, who with relatives in this district regret to learn of his passing.
The late Mr. Bean was born at New Hamburg a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Bean. For the past fifty years he has resided at Detroit where for over thirty years he conducted a successful bakery business. Ill health two years ago forced his withdrawal from active business." Surviving are his wife and one son, Marshall C., and one daughter, Laura Mae; also two sisters, Mrs. James Mathers, Brantford, and Mrs. Geo. Nerreter, Detroit, and three brothers, Marshall, Everest and Maurice, all of Detroit.
