Moses Heer
Rev. Carl Wagner officiated at Grace Lutheran church, Kitchener, on Monday for the funeral of Moses Heer, 50, of Kitchener, who died Friday at St. Mary's hospital. Burial was in Mount Hope cemetery, Kitchener.
Born in Kitchener, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Heer, he lived in the twin-city area all his life.
He served with the RCAF during the second world war.
Surviving besides his wife, the former Velma Rolls, are four sons, Barry of Kitchener, Keith, Grant and Mark all at home; three brothers, Albert of St. Jacobs, Simon of Kitchener and Jacob of Breslau; three sisters, Agnes of St. Jacobs, Mrs. Martin (Seleda) Habermehl of Drayton and Mrs. Frank (Eleanor) Clark of Kitchener.

On Wednesday, Aug. 29. 1973, as the result of drowning in Kitchener, Grant. R. Heer, age 18 years, of 309 Wellington St. North, Kitchener; employed at Helm Rug Shampoo Ltd., of Kitchener; son of Velma Rolls and the late Moses Heer; dear brother of Barry of Kitchener and Keith and Mark both at home; also survived by one niece, Carrie-Lee.
Resting at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. South, Waterloo after 7 p.m. today for services in the chapel Saturday at 2 p.m., Rev. Carl L. Wagner of Grace Lutheran Church, Kitchener, officiating.
Interment Mount Hope cemetery, Waterloo.
