NOAH F. SAUDER
St. Jacobs - Noah F Sauder of St. Jacobs died at his home Monday after a brief illness. He was 63. A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John B. Sauder, he was born in St. Jacobs, June 25, 1907. He was a life-long resident of St. Jacobs and was a member of the St. Jacobs Mennonite Church. He is survived by his wife, the former Hannah Lichty; two sons, Ronald and Richard, both of St. Jacobs; three daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Rita) Cressman of RR1, Waterloo, and Arlene and Pauline, both of St. Jacobs; two sisters, Mrs. Leander Lichty of Gorrie and Malinda of Elmira; one grandchild; his stepfather, Eli Gingrich of Floradale and one stepsister, Mrs. Urias B. Weber of RR 3, Wallenstein, He was predeceased by one daughter and three brothers. The body will be at the Dreisinger Fuenral Home, Elmira, until noon Thursday when removal will be made to St. Jacobs Mennonite Church where Rev. Glenn Brubacher will conduct the service at 2: 30 p.m. Burial will be in the St. Jacobs Mennonite Cemetery.

Sauder, Ronald "Ron" Peacefully passed away into the presence of his Lord on Monday, February 4, 2013 at Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, one week prior to his 63rd birthday. Beloved husband of Ruth Ann (Bowman) Sauder for 38 years. Loving father of Krista Leis of Elmira and cherished grandpa of Dylan and Branden. Dear son of Hannah Sauder of Elmira and the late Noah Sauder. Brother of Reta and Raymond Cressman of Edmonton, Richard and Gracinha Sauder of Elmira, Arlene and Curtis Collins of Kitchener, Pauline Hill of Eldorado, Ontario. Also lovingly remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his sister Ruby (in infancy). Ron faced many medical challenges throughout his life and fought them with courage. He received a kidney transplant 28 years ago. This gift of life made it possible for him to be with his family for these many years. The family will receive their relatives and friends at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Thursday, February 7, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will take place at Emmanuel Evangelical Missionary Church, Elmira on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 1: 30 p.m. followed by interment in Floradale Mennonite Cemetery. In Ron's memory, donations to the Kidney Foundation or St. Mary's Cardiac Care Unit would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
