    KASTER, Harold S. - Passed away at Cocoa, Fla., on October 5, 1980, in his 66th year.

    Son of the late Herbert Kaster and the former Bertha Werle. Survived by his step-mother, Sarah Kaster, his beloved wife Frances, two daughters, Marilyn and Linda, two step-daughters and one step-son; also 10 grandchildren. Brother of Leonard of Kitchener, Walter of Petersburg, Margaret (Mrs. Clifford Reinhart) of Waterloo, Ruth (Mrs. Melborne Pitz), Eileen (Mrs. Ronald Huber) both of Kitchener. Predeceased by one son and one daughter.

    Memorial service was held at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Franklin Avenue, Kitchener, on Tuesday, Oct. 7, at 7 pm. Cremation took place in Florida.

    REINHART, Margaret Passed away peacefully following an illness, at Sunnyside Home, on Sunday, October 27, 2013, in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Clifford (1985). Loving mother of Bruce (late Brenda), Earl (Brenda), Grace (Peter Morris), and Linda (Dale Stevanus). Proud grandma of Scott (Elizabeth), Michelle (Dave), Ian, Tara (Dave), Krista (Stephen), Alison (Paul), Aaron (Anne), Natalie and Brent (Jacky) and great-grandma of nine great-grand-children and two on the way. Dear sister of Walter (Esther), Ilene (Ronald) and the late Harold, Leonard and Ruth. Survived by her sister-in-law Bernice Hawthorn. Margaret was a proud member of the C.W.L. since 1956. She decorated all of her children's wedding cakes, and won many awards for her baking and canning at the local and national levels. Margaret spent many happy times fishing with Clifford, quilting, and playing bingo and cards with friends. Margaret's family will receive relatives and friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick St. (519) 749-8467. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at 1 p.m. Reception at Henry Walser Funeral Home immediately following the service. Private family interment at a later date.     KASTER, Leonard Earl "Len" 1920-2012 Passed away peacefully at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener on May 1, 2012, at the age of 91. Leonard is survived by his children, Gordon (Frances) of Maryhill, Donald (Debbie) of Shakespeare, Richard (Anne) of Point au Baril, Betty Erb (Peter) of Waterloo, John Schiedel (Kelly) of Waterloo, Barbara Patten (Terry) of Vancouver, B.C., and Dan Schiedel (Adele) of Burlington. Cherished grandpa of Lori, Jane, Kelly, Kris, Jennifer, Bethany, Rebecca, Catharine, Suzanne, Scott, Kristin, Bonnie, Michael, Trevor and Bryan. He will be sadly missed by his twelve great-grandchildren. Len also leaves behind his siblings Walter Kaster (Esther), Margaret Reinhart, and Ilene Huber (Ronald). Predeceased by wives Jean Bomburger, Ruth Perrin-Schiedel and siblings Harold Kaster and Ruth Pitz. Len was born on December 19, 1920, and was raised on the family farm near Mannheim. He attended Nine Pines Public School. On December 3, 1940, Len started working at the Canadian Blower and Forge where he rose through ranks to eventually become General Foreman. He retired February 24, 1984 after 43 years of service. On January 16, 1943, he married Jean Bomburger who passed away August 25, 1970. On June 22, 1971, Len married Ruth Schiedel (Perrin) until her passing November 22, 2008. Len was a member of Bridgeport United Church for over 65 years and will be sadly missed by both family and friends. Friends are invited to share their memories of Len with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home , 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Sunday, May 6, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Monday, May 7, 2012, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Heather Leffler and Rev. Yun-Hee Noh Perry officiating. A reception will follow in the funeral home's Fireside Reception Room. Interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Breslau.
