    Kehl.-Barbara Rickert, wife of Wm. Kehl, died at the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital, Sept. 5, 1921; aged 60 y. 2 m. 22 d. She had been a sufferer from rheumatism and sometime ago had the misfortune to break a limb when she was taken to the hospital. She got along well until other complications set in causing her death. In Jan., 1892, she was married to Wm. Kehl who, with 2 sons, survives. Nearly four years ago she was converted and united with the Mennonite Church and remained faithful to the end. The funeral on Sept. 7, at the First Mennonite Church, Kitchener, conducted by Samuel Bowman and U. K. Weber.

    Kehl.- Herbert C., son of William and Barbara (Rickert), Kehl, was born in Dashwood, Ont., Oct. 28, 1898; died at Kitchener, Ont., Sept. 18, 1987; aged 88 y. On Jan. 1, 1928, he was married to Mary Rosenberger, who survives. Also surviving are four daughters (Phyllis Kehl, Eleanor Snyder, Donna Hartzler, and Audrey Woods), 3 sons (Norman, Harvey, and Lester), 20 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and one brother (John). He was a member of Nith Valley Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Sept. 21, in charge of Amzie Brubacher; interment in Blenheim Cemetery.

    KEHL, Herbert C. Of Nithview 1 Village, New Hamburg and formerly of New Dundee, died peacefully, on September 18, 1987, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, after a brief illness, in his 89th year, he went to be with his Lord.

    He was a member of the Nith Valley Mennonite Church. Until his retirement, he was an employee of the New Dundee Creamery.

    Herbert and his beloved wife, Mary (Rosenberger) were preparing to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on January 1, 1988. Dear father of Phyllis Kehl of Kitchener, Norman and his wife Florence of Stratford, Eleanor Snyder and her husband Dave of Breslau, Harvey and his wife Arlene of Kitchener, Lester and his wife Wanda of Floradale, Donna Hartzler and her husband Lewis of Del Norte, Colo., Audrey Woods and her husband Ron of Meaford. Loving grandfather of 19 grandchildren and one great-grandson. He is also survived by his only brother, John of Cambridge.

    The family will receive friends at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. A family burial service at the Blenheim cemetery will preceed the memorial service at Nith Valley Mennonite Church, New Hamburg.

    Call Mark Jutzi Funeral Home at 662-1661 for the date and time of the memorial service.

    Memorial donations to the Men- nonite Central Committee or the charity of your choice will be grate- fully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy. ??

    November 22, 1929 - January 21, 2005 It is with deep sadness that the family of Phyllis Kehl announces her death and the loss of a beloved sister, aunt and friend. Phyllis went home to be with her Lord on Friday, January 21 after a courageous struggle with cancer. She will be greatly missed by her siblings, Norman (Florence) Kehl, Eleanor Snyder, Harvey (Arlene) Kehl, Lester (Wanda) Kehl, Donna Hartzler, Audrey Woods and a special friend and cousin Ruby Schmitt. Phyllis was a devoted aunt to 33 nieces and nephews and 32 grandnieces and nephews. Phyllis' love and concern will also be missed by her cousins and a wide network of friends.Phyllis was predeceased by her parents Herbert and Mary Kehl and brothers-in-law Ron Woods and Dave Snyder.

    At Phyllis' request cremation has taken place.Phyllis' family will receive friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street East, Kitchener ON, N2B 2A5 ( 519 749 -8467) on Saturday, January 29, 2-4: and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 30 at 2: 30 p.m. at the Nith Valley Mennonite Church, 1355 Bean Road, near New Hamburg. The Lord is my Shepherd ...and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
