    BUCHOLTZ, HANNAH

    Suddenly, in Hespeler, on Sunday morning, January 24, 1932, in her 78th year. Wife of Charles Bucholtz. The district loses a lifelong resident. She was born in Puslinch Township and has lived practically her entire life in the Hespeler district. Her death comes as a shock to her many friends. While apparently in fair health, she suffered a stroke late on Saturday and passed away at an early hour on Sunday. Surviving are her husband, three daughters and five sons, Mrs. E. Sauder of Preston, Mrs. Cott of Hamilton; Miss Edith Bucholtz at home; George Bucholtz of Cooper St. in Hespeler; Robert Bucholtz at home; William Bucholtz of Owen Sound; Edward Bucholtz of Kitchener; and Charles Bucholtz of Blair. Funeral from her residence on Galt St. on Tues. , Jan. 26 at 2: 30. Rev. E. J. Fischer and Rev. T. E. Summers conducted the services. Pallbearers were grandsons: Walter McGregor of Galt; David Bucholtz of Hespeler; Basil Bucholtz of Kitchener; Walter Bucholtz of Owen Sound; Mervin Sauder of Preston; and Albert Cott of Galt. Interment Hespeler Cemetery.

    -Information from the death certificate: Resident of Galt St. in Hespeler for 60 years. Age 77 years, 4 mo. , 26 days. Born in Hamilton, daughter of Casper Krupp and Georgina Blein.

    Peacefully, at Hilltop Manor Nursing Home, Cambridge, on Friday, April 12, 1996, Walter William MacGregor, in his 86th year. Dear husband of the late Isabel MacGregor. Beloved father of Marion McQuigge and her husband Dick of Cambridge, Helen McQuigge and her husband Don of Seaforth, Jean Campbell of Lobo Township and Donald MacGregor and his wife Kathy of Cambridge. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a son-in-law, Mac Campbell. Walter MacGregor, was a farmer in North Dumfries Township, a Charter Member of the Galt Curling Club and was inducted into the Waterloo County Sports Hall of Fame and a long time member of First United Church, Cambridge. Resting at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas St., Cambridge, where the family will receive friends (today) Saturday, April 13, 1996, from 1: 00 p.m. - 3: 00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel, on Saturday, at 3: 30 p.m., with Reverends Robert and Hilary Merritt of First United Church.

    Of Golden Years Nursing Home, Cambridge, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 94th year. Irene Souder, beloved wife of the late Frederick Hacker Sr. (1992). Dear mother of Frederick Jr. and his wife Marla of Cambridge, Paul and his wife Janine of Richmond, B C., Beryl Schindel and her husband Harvey of Mississauga and Janice of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Survived by one brother, Mervyn of Cambridge. Predeceased by her parents, Ephraim and Catherine Souder and one brother, Robert. Mrs. Hacker, was born in Hespeler and has been a lifelong resident of Cambridge (Preston). She was a member of Calvary Pentecostal Assembly. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, tonight (Wednesday) from 7-9 p.m. The complete funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2001, at 11 a.m. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge.

    MacGregor, Donald Walter Passed away, at Freeport Hospital, Kitchener, on Saturday, October 20, 2018, at the age of 69 years. Beloved husband for 49 years to Kathy (nee Perrin); Loved father to Wayne MacGregor(Claire) and Jennette Giefert. Cherished Grandpa to Gavin, Morgan, Matthew and Mark. Sadly missed by his sisters, Marion McQuigge and Jean Campbell as well as many nieces, nephews and in-laws. Predeceased by his sister Helen McQuigge; Don was born, raised and lived his entire life at the Leed/MacGregor Homestead Farm just south of Galt in North Dumfries Township. Friends may call at the Cedar Creek Community Church, 2042 Dumfries Rd, Cambridge, on Tuesday, October 23. Visitation will take place from 9:30-11:00 a.m., followed by a memorial service in the Church Sanctuary at 11. Interment, Roseville Cemetery at a later date.     HACKER, Janice Lynn

    Went to be with her Heavenly Father at Innisfree House on February 13, 2018 , at the age of 67. Predeceased by her father Fred (1992) and her mother Irene (2001). Survived by her sister Beryl (Harvey), brothers Paul (Jeannine) and Fred (Marla) and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank , Christian Horizons for the outstanding care provided to Janice , the past 24 years. Sincere thanks to the staff at Innisfree House for their compassionate care during her final days. Funeral Service will be held at 11: 00 a.m. on Monday, February 19th at Barthel Funeral Home (566 Queenston Road, Cambridge). Visitation will take place for one hour preceding the service. Interment to follow at Parklawn Cemetery.
