Curdy, Drumheller; Miss Zellah Cressman, Didsbury; six sons, Milo, of Staveley; Morgan, Didsbury; Bruce of Raven; Douglas of Delia and Bert of Didsbury; also 33 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Her husband, a daughter and a son predeceased her.

The funeral services were held at the M.B.C. Church on Sunday and was very largely attended. Rev. V.K. Snyder conducted the services assisted by Rev. H. Harder. The pall bearers, who were all oldtimers, were Messrs. Theo. Reist, Amos Weber, Norman Snyder, Norman Buschart, Elah Shantz, and Ben Rosenberger.

    _______________

Amid every sign of respect from town and country alike, the body of Harry Cressman was interred on Sunday in the Didsbury cemetery, The deceased was in his forty-second year, having been born in Baden, Ontario, and owing to his long residence in the Didsbury district was well known by almost every resident. For some time he was associated with his two brothers, Bert and Eluid, local merchants, and his cheerfulness and good nature whilst so engaged won him a host of friends. His temperament indeed together with the integrity of his character were often as favorably commented upon his example of a well-spent Christian life. The funeral service was held in the Mennonite Church at three p.m., where an outside gathering of sympathisers swelled the total attendance, it is estimated, to five hundred people. Rev. Hullman, pastor of the church, officiated, and delivered a very comforting and helpful address. A quartette consisting of J. and H. Stickley and Gordon and Russell Sherick also materially assisted in the service by their singing, that old favorite "Shall we meet beyond the river" being rendered by them very appropriately. The pallbearers included--W. Liphardt, D. Tholman, J. Schantz, N. Swalm and M. Shantz. Among the relatives at the funeral, in addition to the mother of the deceased, there were six brothers present, Bruce (Bearberry, Alta.), Millo (Stavely), Douglas (Delia), and Bert, Eluid and Morgan (Didsbury). There were also present Mrs. Millo Cressman and R.D. Curdy. Upon and surrounding the casket the large number of floral offerings mutely testitfied to the respect and esteem in which deceased was held, and as a further expression of this feeling it was noted that nearly ninety cars followed the remains to their last resting place...
