    MARTIN, Selinda (Mrs. Jeremiah) Passed away peacefully on April 12, 2013, at the home of Laverne and Mary Martin, RR 6, Mount Forest (formerly of St. Clements). Selinda Bearinger Martin in her 95th year. Beloved wife of Jeremiah Martin. Dear Mother of Israel and Lorene Martin RR 1, St. Clements; Minerva and Elam Weber RR 5, Mount Forest; Laverne and Mary Martin, Esther and Leonard Wideman both of RR 6, Mount Forest. Mother-in-law of Isobel and Mahlon Frey of Elmira; and Moses and Leah Weber of RR 1, St. Clements. Also survived by 37 grandchildren, 73 great-grand-children, one sister Sarah (Mrs. Nelson Brubacher), one sister-in-law Lydian (Mrs. Wesley Martin), one step-sister-in-law Elvina (Mrs. Laverne Martin), one step-brother Wilfred and Vera Martin. Predeceased by her parents Israel and Sarah Bearinger, step-mother Hannah Bearinger, one son Edward, one daughter Maryann, four grandchildren, one great- grandson, four sisters and one step-brother. Friends may call at the home of Leonard and Esther Wideman RR 6, Mount Forest Sunday afternoon from 2-5 p.m. and evening 6: 30-8: 30 p.m. and Monday afternoon from 1-4 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the home of Leonard and Esther Wideman on Tuesday, April 16th at 9 a.m. Then to Spring Creek Mennonite meeting house for further service and burial in adjoining cemetery.

    Martin, Edward B., son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeremiah Martin, was born in Ontario on Jan. 12, 1944; died in a car-snowmobile accident in Wellington Co., Ont., Feb. 4, 1978; aged 34 y. On Aug. 31, 1968, he was married to Isobel Martin, who survives. Also surviving are 2 children (Michelle Lynn and Ryan Edward), his parents, 2 brothers (Israel and Laverne), and 3 sisters (Minerva - Mrs. Elam Weber, Mary Anne - Mrs. Mose Weber, and Esther). Friends may call at her home, RR1 Linwood, on Sunday from 2-5 p.m. and Monday from 2-5 p.m. and 6-7 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 9 a.m. at her home, then to the Linwood Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home , Elmira.

    BRUBACHER, Harvey B. - Peacefully, passed into the presence of the Lord, on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2001, at his home. Harvey B. Brubacher, in his 48th year, of Floradale, formerly of RR 1, St. Jacobs. Beloved husband of Erla (Weber) Brubacher; loving father of Leona and Lester, both at home. Son of Mrs. Sarah Brubacher of RR 1 Holstein and the late Nelson Brubacher. Brother of Leah and Moses Weber of St. Clements, Valina Shantz of RR 1, Mount Forest, Amsey and Karen Brubacher of RR 2, Allenford; David and Karen Brubacher of RR 1, Breslau, Elsie and James Mar tin of Holstein; son-in-law of Edwin and Lydia Weber of RR 1, St. Clements; brother-in-law of Leona and Cleason Bowman, Oscar and Lucinda Weber, Viola and Wayne Martin, Vera and Isaac Weber, Selina and Mervin Mar tin. Predeceased by one sister and two brothers-in-law. Harvey owned and operated Craftime Clockery in Elmira. He was a member of Calvary Conservative Mennonite Church. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home , Elmira, today (Saturday) 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. At noon on Sunday, transfer will be made to Countryside Mennonite Fellowship, Hawkesville for funeral service at 2 p.m. followed by interment in Calvary Conservative Mennonite Cemetery.
