BADEN, Oct. 28. - Clara May Cook, wife of Albert Riehl, R.R. No. 2 New Hamburg, passed away Saturday afternoon at the family residence after an illness of six months. Mrs. Riehl, a daughter of William Cook and Rebecca Ann Guthrie, was born in Haysville on March 30, 1889, and therefore was 46 years of age. She attended the Church of England.

The parents, husband and four children, Ilene, William, Jack and Gerald, all at home, survive with three brothers, Andrew Cook, New Hamburg. Roy of German Mills, Ernst at Milverton, and one sister, Madge Cook, Haysville.

The funeral will be held publicly Tuesday afternoon from the home at two o'clock to Christ Church, Haysville for services at 2.30. Interment will take place in Riverside Cemetery. Rev. R. C. Pitts will have charge of the services.

KROGMAN: Ilene M. (nee Riehl) \endash Passed away at the Applewood Nursing Home, Woodhaven, Michigan in her 102 nd year.
Ilene was predeceased by her husband Lorne Krogman, by her parents Albert and Clara Riehl, brothers William, Jack and Gerald Riehl.
She is survived by her several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home 291 Huron St., New Hamburg on Friday October 12, 2018 from 9:30am until the time of the service in the Chapel at 11:30am. Interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg will a reception to follow in the Waterwheel Room of the funeral home.

Peacefully passed after a courageous battle with Leukemia on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Grand River Hospital - Kitchener, at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Bonnie (nee Geffros) of 40 years. Loving father of Jeff, Trevor (Kim) and Stephanie. Cherished grandpa / poppa of Tyler and Tanner, Seth and Hunter, Davis, Ashlynn and Parker. Dear brother of Rodney (Marilyn).

Dear son of the late Jack and Lillie Riehl. Predeceased by his sister, Jacalyn Hebden.

Bob traveled internationally as a salesperson with Kromet International. He was a Canadian Junior Horseshoe Champion, an inductee into the Canadian Horseshoe Hall of Fame and was an avid golfer and fisherman.

Bob's family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 2 - 4 p.m. & 7 - 9 p.m. and on Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 10 - 10:45 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Reception to follow at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation - Oncology Unit would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
