      At his home in Hespeler, on Saturday morning, November 25, 1944, after an illness of eight months, in his 77th year. He was born in Puslinch Township, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Cober and spent his entire life in this district. He was a retired farmer. Mr. Cober was a member of the United Church. Fifty-one years ago, he married Alvira Brown, who survives him, as well as a son, Frederick; a brother, David W. Cober of Markham; four sisters, Miss Elizabeth Cober of Kitchener; Mrs. William Shaw of Hespeler; Mrs. W. Guenther of Hamilton; and Mrs. Ross of Minneapolis. The funeral took place at his residence on Walker Street on Tues., Nov. 28 at 2: 30, with burial in the Hespeler Cemetery.

      -Son of Jacob Cober and Susannah Eyer.
