  Alexander Robertson Alexander D. Robertson, RR 1, Gadshill, died in Freeport Hospital on Saturday at the age of 86. Mr. Robertson had farmed all his life in North Easthope Township until his retirement five years ago. A native of Wellesley Township, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alexander W. Robertson. His wife, the former Cathine Fleming, died in 1956. Mr. Robertson was a member of Hampstead United Church and of the Wilmot Masonic Lodge. He is survived by two sons, Fleming of RR 1, Gadshill and Creran of Stratford, one brother, Donald of Wellesley; two sisters, Mrs. William (Isabel) Green of Nithburg, Ont., and Mrs. Roderick (Catherine) Jack of Millbank, and six grandchildren. He was also predeceased by one son and two sisters. Funeral service was conducted at the Futher Brothers Funeral Home, Wellesley, on Monday, Rev. Clifford DeQuentville officiating. Burial took place in the Hampstead cemetery. New Hamburg Independent, December 10, 1969
