- Alexander Christner - CHRISTNER, Alexander F. - On Thursday, March, 18, 1982, at Millwood Manor, Kitchener, Alexander Christner, aged 94, of 409 Mill St. Kitchener. He operated Christner Coal and Feed and Seed Co. for 30 years in New Hamburg; he was a member of Zion United Church, New Hamburg. Son of the late Enos Christner and the former Hannah Feick. Predeceased by his wife, the former Idella Schweitzer. Survived by one brother, Charles A. of New Hamburg; one sister, Mrs. Ada l. Christner of Kitchener and a number of nieces and nephews. The funeral was held at Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, New Hamburg Chapel on Saturday at 2 p.m. with Paster (Sic) B. Fleming officiating. Spring interment in Lingelbach cemetery.
