  TOEWS, Anna (nee Langeman), 1905-2006 - Peacefully, in her 101st year, with family by her side, on Sunday, June 18, 2006, at her residence, in Sunnyside Home. Anna will be dearly missed by her son John Toews of Kitchener; daughter Vernita Phillips of Courtice; her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. Anna is survived by her sister, Katie Bovel of Germany as well as her many nieces and nephews both in North America and Europe. Anna was predeceased by her husband, Frank (1976); two sons, Arthur and Frank Jr. [Frank Henry Toews b. 16 May 1943 Pennsylvania] and numerous brothers and sisters. A memorial celebration of Anna's life will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel at Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 621 King St. W., Kitchener.
