  Brown, (Zehr) Arleatha Passed away on Thursday July 4, 2013 at her residence Nitthview Community, New Hamburg. She was formerly of Waterloo and was born 92 years ago in Wilmot Township. A daughter of the late Rudolph & Cathrena (Lichti) Kropf. Arleatha was predeceased by her first husband Henry Zehr in 1972 and her second husband Sidney Brown in 1988. Loving mother of Larry & Carol Zehr, Karen & Murray Hamilton all of New Hamburg, mother-in-law of Greta Zehr of Brussels and step-mother of Lois & Gary Hoffman of Waterloo. Sadly missed by her 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Remembered by her sisters-in-law Audrey Zehr of Tavistock, Janet Zehr of Bright and Vera Schiefele of Waterloo. Arleatha was predeceased by her sons Glen Zehr, Murray Zehr, step-sons Roy, Howard, Doug, sisters Elmina & Milton Boshart, Barbara & Irvin Litwiller, Veronica in infancy, brothers Aaron & Annie Kropf, Clayton & Clara Kropf, Wilfred & Viola Kropf, Lorne & Seleda Kropf. Arleatha was a member of St. Agatha Mennonite Church and a former member of the Restless Seniors. Family and friends may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg on Saturday July 6, 2013 from 4-7 p.m.. The funeral service will take place on Sunday July 7, 2013 at St. Agatha Mennonite Church at 2: 30 p.m. with Pastor Doug Snyder officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to St. Agatha Mennonite Church, Alzheimer Society or the charity of one's choice.
