  SHANTZ - Arnold Wilfred (June 6, 1915 - May 31, 2004). Arnold's passing occurred at Watrous following a brief stay of 2 weeks in palliative care. Although anticipation of his eternal home was utmost on his mind those final days, he never lost his enthusiasm of being the caring, compassionate, motivating individual that we had all learned to love. Arnold is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Reta; his children, Ross (Betty) and Neil (Corinne); and his very special grandchildren, Troy (Heather), Cory, Ryan, Reagan and Renee; and by his brother , Lyle (Jean). Arnold was predeceased by his parents, Addison and Priscilla; his brother, Stanley; sister-in-law, Fern; great-nephew, Trevor. A Service of Celebration will be held at the Philadelphia Mennonite Brethren Church, 9 miles NE of Watrous on Friday, June 4 at 2: 00 p.m.
