  Mrs. A. Wesley Snyder Passes A respected resident of the Ayr community for 80 years, Mrs. A. Wesley Snyder passed away at her home north of Ayr this (Wednesday) morning in her 86th year. The former Bessie Louisa Williams, she was born in England. She came to this area with, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Williams, as a girl of five years. Following her marriage, the couple took up farming on the place now operated by her son George, where she spent her remaining days. Her husband predeceased her a number of years ago. She was Methodist by faith. Surviving are a son and two daughters, George and Miss Irene at home, and Mrs. H. D. Campbell (Marjorie) in Toronto; also a sister, Mrs. Jessie Moss, in Detroit. The Funeral Funeral service will be held on Friday at 2.30 p.m. at the W. O. Ball Funeral Home, Swan St., with interment in Ayr Cemetery. The Ayr News Oct 5 1961 pg 2
