Notes - HALL, Brian Wayne - Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, February 27, 2007, at St. Mary's General Hospital, at 10: 52 p.m. Brian was born in Hamilton on February 9, 1943. Beloved husband of Karen (nee Maxwell) Hall. Loving father of Candy (Jason) Thompson, Tammy-Jean "TJ" (Darcy Longmire), all of Waterloo. Proud papa of Brooke, Dylan, Benjamin, Bailey and Madison. Son-in-law of Victor E. Maxwell of Kitchener and the late Grace Maxwell. Brother-in-law of Richard Maxwell (Kimberlee) of Kitchener, Tracy Phillips (Terry) of Dornock, Scott Maxwell (Sharon) of Linwood. Cherished friend of Tony and Maureen Bairos and their son John of Waterloo. Predeceased by his parents, Kenneth B. Hall and Doris (nee MacDonald) Hall. Brian was a quiet, gentle man who enjoyed HO Model Trains, the NHL, old cars and movies, 50's music and especially Elvis. He retired from J.M. Schneiders in June of 1999 after 28 years. Brian's family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, March 2 (today) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Brian's funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 2 p.m. Reception in the funeral home will immediately follow the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
