  DUNN, Cecil Howard - 1914 - 2008. Passed away, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, July 13, 2008, in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Jean (Grieve) Dunn, who predeceased him March 30, 1998. Cecil is survived by his daughter, Dorene Clark and her husband Bob of Fergus; his son, Bill Dunn and his wife Anne of Cambridge. Cecil was the proud grandfather of Cindy and Rob Driscoll of Elora, Greg and Diane Clark of California, Brenda and Barry Smeltzer of Fergus and Kevin and Tammie Clark of Milton. He was also the proud great-grandfather of their 11 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Cecil will also be known and remembered by those he met during his lifelong commitment to sports in Cambridge, which resulted in his induction into the Waterloo County Hall of Fame. Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home & Cremation Centre , 223 Main Street, Cambridge, on Wednesday (this evening) from 7-9 p.m. Memorial services will be conducted in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 1: 30 p.m. His wishes for cremation have been respected. Interment will be private. Those who wish, may make a memorial donation to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation. The family would like to express their appreciation to the caring staff at Stirling Heights Long Term Care Centre and the Doctors and Nursing Staff at Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
