  Mrs. Christina Holst Mrs. Christina Holst, 78, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dalton Cressman, Menno street, Waterloo, Tuesday. Her death followed injuries received in a fall downstairs while suffering from a stroke in the home last Friday. The deceased was born in Erbsville and had resided in Waterloo for 18 years. Mrs. Holst was predeceased by her husband 18 years ago and is survived by two sons and two daughters, John Holst of Baden, Ervin, Waterloo, Mrs. Cyrus Schmidt, and Mrs. Cressman, Waterloo. There are six grand-children and 14 great grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, George Heier, Waterloo, and Henry Heiger, Erbsville. The funeral is being held this (Thursday) afternoon from the Letter and Dreisinger Funeral Chapel, where a service wil, be held, to Erbsville Lutheran church for further services. Interment will be made in the Erbsville Lutheran cemetery. Rev. C. S. Roberts, Waterloo, will conduct the services. Waterloo Chronicle 3 Sep 1936, p. 4
