  HOLM Mrs. Clara - At the residence of her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Walters of 7 Rosslinn Road, Cambridge (Galt), on Friday, April 15, 1977. Clara Tuffin, beloved wife of the late Elton Holm, in her 93rd year. Dear mother of Myrtle (Mrs. Phil Walters), and step-mother of Myrtle (Mrs. Ross Armstrong) of Cambridge. Mrs. Holm was born in Pointe Ste. Claire near Montreal, and had been a resident of Preston for most of her life. A member of Lincoln Avenue United Church, Cambridge (Galt). Predeceased by her first husband, John Mackenzie of Cambridge, one daughter, Marguerite Downer of New York, and a brother, William Tuffin of Marysville, Ohio. Survived by four sisters, Mrs. Mary Israel, Margaret (Mrs. Howard Jardine), Evoline (Mrs. Albert Schmidt) of Kitchener, and Ethel (Mrs. Carl Black) of Cambridge, and three grandchildren. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge (Preston), where funeral service will be conducted Sunday, at 2: 30 p.m. Interment Preston cemetery.
