GREGOR, Douglas

Of North Street, Cambridge, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 27, 2004, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in his 75th year. Doug was well known for his passion for all sports having participated in many and collecting many trophies. He was also an early member of the Scout House Band and remained a strong supporter. He had many lifetime friends whom he held in high esteem. Doug was a member of St. John's Anglican Church and a 50 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion Preston Branch 126. He was predeceased by his parents, Ada Ranscombe and William Gregor of Preston. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Thursday, front 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The complete Funeral Service will be conducted at St. John's Anglican Church, 567 Queenston Road, Cambridge on Friday, January 30, 2004, at 2 p.m., with Canon David Bowyer officiating. Cremation to follow.
