Notes - ERB, Earl E. After a brief illness Earl Elmer Erb in his 76th year, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, November 28, 2015, at Lisaard House in Cambridge with family at his side. He resided in Wellesley, where he was a dairy farmer for 34 years and most recently a Consultant at Bio-Ag. Loving husband of Eva (nee Roes) Erb for 55 years. Devoted father of Sandy Erb of Williamsford, Wendy and Kevin Miller of Wellesley, Sherry and Ralph Zersch of Stouffville, and Jayne and Cam Byer of Wellesley. Proud grandpa of Josh and Kyle Mohr, Aly and Megan Byer and Rowan Zersch. Brother to Reta and Harold Gingerich of Baden, Beatrice and Jim Bender of Alsa Craig, Arlene and Stephen Hoke of New Hamburg and Mary Ann Schlegel of Kemble. Brother-in-law to Mahlon and Pearl Roes of Kitchener, Jacob and May Roes of Wellesley and Gerald and Diane Roes of Bayfield. Predeceased by his parents Elmer and Vera (nee Bast) Erb. Friends may call at the Wilmot Centre Missionary Church, 2463 Bleams Road, Petersburg, (corner of Sandhills Road and Bleams Road) on Monday from 6-9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the church on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 11 a.m. Pastor Rob Gulliver and Pastor Wayne Domm officiating. Interment to follow at Maple View Mennonite Cemetery, Wellesley. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lisaard House or the church Missionary Fund would be appreciated.
