  McGUINNESS, Georgina Dora Of William Street, Meaford, on Friday, June 27, 1997, at the Meaford Nursing Home, in her 89th year. Georgina Gmelin, beloved wife of the late Earl McGuinness (1977). Dear sister of the late Allen S. Gmelin and the late Eloydea Danbury, both of Cambridge. Survived by her nephews Ross Harlock and his wife Joyce, Carl Gmelin and his wife Bonnie, Robert Gmelin and her nieces; Shirley Mitchell and her husband Jesse, Margaret Youlten and her husband Bernard and Deanna Gmelin. Mrs. McGuinness, was born in Preston. She was an accomplished Concert Pianist, a longtime member of F.T.D. and a very active golfer and member of the Meaford Golf and Country Club. She was employed as a proof reader for McLean Hunter Publishing of Toronto, a retired owner/operator of Flowerland Florist and Green-house of Scarborough and a member of the Lutheran Church. At Mrs. McGuinness' request cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 1997, at 11: 00 a.m., at the Gmelin Family Plot, at Preston Cemetery.
