    • RANSCOMBE, Gertrude May Louise

      Of Golden Years Nursing Home (formerly of Hedley Street), Cambridge, on Tuesday, December 14, 1999, in her 97th year. Survived by nieces and nephews, Douglas Gregor, Jim Ranscombe, Linda Miske, Betty Barnes, and Eleanor Rumley. Predeceased by her parents, George and Ada Ranscombe, brothers, Ted and George and sisters, Annie Ranscombe, Bertha Cluthe, Emily Lloyd, Ada Gregor, Nellie Ranscombe and Hilda Ranscombe. Gertrude was born in England and was a member of St. John's Anglican Church. At Gertrude's request, cremation has taken place. A private-family internment will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. John's Anglican Church, 567 Queenston Road, Cambridge would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the BARTHEL FUNERAL HOME, Cambridge.
