  HOOKER, Gertrude "Ruth" Passed away peacefully, after a full, long, life on July 22, 2010, at the Stirling Heights Long Term Care Centre, at the age of 102. Predeceased by loving husband, Herbert Albert Hooker in 1981. Lovingly remembered by children; Donald (Margaret), Mabel "Ruth" Hooper, Robert James and friend Beryl, and Judith Buitenhuis. Cherished grandmother to Michael, Mark (Lina) Buitenhuis, Glen (Tammy) Buitenhuis and great-grandmother to Rachel Buitenhuis, Brianne Buitenhuis, Megan Buitenhui, and Cameron Buitenhuis. Sister of Margaret Sweeney and Barbara Johnston and predeceased by brother, Donald Webster and sister Dorothy Bennett. Ruth will be missed by many relatives and friends. A memorial service will take place at the T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, on Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at 1pm. Interment to follow at Mount View Cemetery.
