  Harlis Leo Goetz, GUELPH A native of Maryhill who has lived in Guelph for 35 years, Harlis Leo Goetz, 57, of 36 Durham St. died Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was born in Maryhill June 25, 1901, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Goetz. He was employed by the city of Guelph. He was a member of Our Lady RC Church, Guelph and the Holy Name Society. Surviving are his wife, the former Amanda Seitz whom he married at Maryhill in 1926, two sons, George and William of Guelph, two brothers, Hector of Guelph, Leonard of Maryhill; one sister, Mrs. A. J. (Loretta) Reinhardt of Kitchener: three grandchildren. One brother predeceased him. The body is at Gilbert MacIntyre Funeral Home, Guelph, where the rosary will be recited Wednesday, at 8 p.m. Requiem mass will be solemnized Thursday, at 10 a.m., at the church.
