  HAZEL DORIS VOISIN 1914 - 2006 Passed away, peacefully, at Columbia Forest Long Term Care Centre, on August 12, 2006, at the age of 92 years. Loving mother of Karen Voisin, Joyce Chambers, Joan Gutenkunst and Marlene Recktor. Proud grandmother of Kimberley, Corey, Tracey, Murray, Tanya, Heather, Paul, Melissa, Andrew, Lori, Linda, and Scott, as well as 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband, Raphael; an infant son, Murray and a grandchild, Stephen.Friends are invited to share their memories of Hazel with her family at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South in Waterloo on Wednesday, August 16, 2006 from 7-9 p.m. where Parish Prayer will be said at 8: 45 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Hazel's life will be held at Saint Clement RC Church on Thursday, August 17, 2006 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Saint Clement RC Cemetery, St. Clements.Condolences for the family and donations to the K-W Humane Society can be arranged through the funeral home - 519-745-8445 or www.erbgood.com In living memory of Hazel, a tree will be planted through the Trees for Learning Program by the funeral home.
