Brethauer, beloved husband of Margaret Lush; brother of James of Arizona, Wilbert ofGalt, Minerva (Mrs. Fred Currie) of Preston, Ethel (Mrs. Jack Lintick) of Galt. Mr. Brethauer was born at Pinebush, Waterloo Township; had lived in Preston for 53 years, he was retired from Savage Shoe Company in 1966; a member of St, Peter's Lutheran Church, Cambridge, Odd Fellows Lodge 188, Preston Victory Encampment 111, Queen Rebecca Lodge. Resting at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, until noon Sunday, then to St. Peter's Lutheran Church for funeral service at 1 p.m. Interment in Preston cemetery.
