  LADY HOLT, 78, DIES WAS BORN AT GALT One of Three Sons Serving in France Montreal, Dec. 11-(CP) Lady Holt, 78, wife of Sir Herbert Holt, Montreal financier, died here Sunday after an illness of two years. Daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs.. Andrew Paton of Sherbrooke, she was born at Galt. Noted for her interest in Montreal charitable organizations, Lady Holt. devoted much of her time to the Royal Victoria Maternity hospital, of which she was vice-president. Horticulture was her hobby, and she planned the elaborate gardens at her winter residence at Nassau, the Bahamas. Surviving are her husband and three sons, Andrew and W. R. G. Holt of Montreal and Major Herbert Holt, serving with the British army in France.
