Notes - Josef Horst Ebenhoeh 1940-2009 Surrounded by his loving family, Josef passed away peacefully at his home on October 29, 2009 after a lengthy illness in his 70th year. Beloved husband of 43 years to Judy (nee Slee). Devoted father of Cathy, and Heide and her husband Glen Neil. Loving Opa to Gillian and Ella. He will also be dearly missed by his special nephew, Fred Schaller and his wife Helen. Survived by his loving sister Anni (Max) Schaller, Annemarie (Wilhelm) Schnugg and Franz (Elfreide) Ebenhöh. Predeceased by his parents, Anna (Rauch) and Peter Ebenhöh, sister Hilde Noppinger, and brothers Otto and Karl. Josef's family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467 519-749-8467 on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service for Josef will be held at 11 am on Monday, November 2, 2009 at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 248 Westmount Rd. E., Kitchener. Rev. Mark Gedke officiating. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery. Special thanks to Dr. Donna Ward, Dr. Brian Travis, Dr. Louise Vitou, nurses and staff at the Renal Dialysis Unit at Grand River Hospital, his special caregiver from Independent Living Centre, Peggy Cullen, our relatives, friends and neighbours.
