  EBY Kenneth Clarence - Passed away peacefully at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday September 24. 2002, at 75 years of age. Ken is survived by his dear wife, (Mary) Beulah with whom he celebrated 52 years of happy marriage on September 23. He'll be missed by his children and grandchildren, Sandra Shantz, her husband Brian and their children Adam, Bradley and Luke; Carol Lawless, her husband Don and their children Josh, Katie and Marc. Ken is also remembered by his sister, Liz, her husband John and their family. He was predeceased in 1977 by his father, Clarence and in 1999 by his mother, Almeda. Born on June 15, 1927 and raised in Kitchener (Centerville), Ken retired in 1990 from Uniroyal-Goodrich after 45 years of loyal service. He enjoyed spending summers at Paul Bunyan Camp in Bayfield and gardening. He was an avid Jeopardy fan and a patient caregiver to Beulah for the last seven years. Ken's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday from 12 noon - 1 p.m. A celebration of Ken's life will be held in the chapel of the funeral home, Saturday, September 28, 2002 at 1 p.m., with Harold Hildebrand Schlegel officiating.
