  Kirlis Perkins PRESTON, Kirlis Perkins of 1517 Concession Road, died Monday, at South Waterloo Hospital, Galt. He was 69. Born in Latvia, he moved to Preston, nine years ago after living in Puslinch Township, 10 years. He was employed by Artex Woollen Mills Ltd. Survivors are his wife, the former Velda Perkins; two sons, Maris and Artur, both of Preston; two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Ruta) Pearson of Preston and Baiba of Brampton and a grandson. The service will be held Wednesday, at 11 a.m., at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, here. Burial will be in Preston cemetery. Kitchener-Wateroo Record 24 Aug 1971 pg 22
