    • FITZGERALD, Marion (Poppie)

      Of Cambridge, on Friday, Aug. 4, 1995, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 64th year. Beloved wife of Louis and dear mother of Garry and his wife Melody of Kitchener, Paul and his wife Kathy, Brian and Marie, all of Cambridge and Cathy and her husband Rick Welburn of Freelton; also stepson, Patrick Maisonneuve of Cambridge. Survived by three brothers, Leonard Atkins of Kitchener, Victor Atkins and his wife Audry, and Paul Atkins, all of Cambridge and two sisters, Katherine Lazure and Donald Clayton, and Ruth and her husband Gilbert Durnford, all of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by 10 grandchildren. Mrs. Fitzgerald was born in Yarmouth, N.S. and had been a resident of Cambridge since 1957. She was a member of St. Clement's RC Church, Cambridge. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, today (Saturday) from 7.9 p.m. and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, Aug. 7, 1995, at St. Clement's RC Church, 745 Duke Street, Cambridge, at 10 a.m. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery.
