  Moir T. Swan An Ayr native, Moir Topping Swan of 1061 Queens Blvd., Kitchener, passed away in St. Mary's Hospital on Wednesday, June 9th. He was in his 66th year. Born in Ayr he was a son of the late George Swan and Agnes Irwin. He was a retired electrical millwright by trade, having worked many years for Sutherland-Schultz Ltd. Mr. Swan was an adherent of the United Church, member of Ayr Masonic Lodge, and served on the former Ayr village council. Ten years ago he and his wife moved from Ayr to Kitchener. Beloved husband of Velma Johnston; dear father of Moir Paul of Summerside, P.E.I. and Sharon (Mrs. Robert Forde) of Kitchener; dear brother of George of Cambridge, Agnes (Mrs. Gordon Fluelling) of Windsor, Mrs. Isobel Pelton of Mississauga. Also survived by five grandchildren, Mr. Swan was predeceased by a son, Neil. Funeral service was held Saturday at Coutts and Son Funeral Home, Galt. Interment in Ayr Cemetery.
